"Your Home Away From Home"
Eldercare is an Older Adult Day Service program, which offers two convenient locations in Lebanon County.  It is a community based program which provides a cost effective alternative to Long Term Care, and encourages individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes, well into their golden years.  The benefits of  Eldercare are for the participants as well as their caregivers.

Services are provided  with care and consideration of each individuals needs and abilities.  Some of those include the following:

  • Cooking/baking projects
  • Fire Safety Training
  • Gardening
  • Guest Entertainment
  • Hot noon meals, breakfast, snacks
  • In-Chair exercises

  • Intergenerational Programs
  • Medication Administration
  • Music
  • Nursing Evaluations
  • Outings
  • Pet Therapy
  • Seasonal events

    Program Information

    Eldercare East and West are open from 7:30AM to 5:00PM
    Monday thru Friday.

    Eldercare serves individuals 60 years and older.

    Transportation can be arranged through Colt.
